Set on the edge of Burlington Vermont's historic waterfront, with a commanding view of Lake Champlain and the Adirondack Mountains, The Leahy Center for Lake Champlain houses an ecosystem laboratory and a new science and history center called ECHO. Amaze Design developed the exhibition program for the Leahy Center with a holistic approach, blending history, folklore, current scientific research, natural history, heritage tourism and environmental stewardship. ECHO, an acronym for ecology, culture, history and opportunity, takes its name from the multi-dimensional interpretive program developed by Amaze Design.
